EPhEU Executive Board Meeting in Vienna

On 4th October 2025, the EPhEU Executive Board met in Vienna, Austria, following the election of the new leadership during the 14th General Assembly.

The newly formed Executive Board discussed future strategic directions aimed at strengthening the role and recognition of community pharmacists across Europe. The meeting emphasized the importance of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and proactive engagement in shaping policies that support the profession and ensure high standards of patient care.

During the session, EPhEU also launched a survey to compare working conditions among community pharmacists within EU member countries. The results of this strategic research will serve as a valuable foundation for future advocacy, policy dialogue, and initiatives to improve the professional standing and working environment of community pharmacists.

Through these collective efforts, EPhEU reaffirms its commitment to supporting employed pharmacists, promoting their professional identity, and advancing the quality of pharmacy practice in Europe.
