The European Association of Employed Community Pharmacists (EPhEU) convened its 15th General Assembly on 24 April 2026 in Berlin, hosted at the NH Collection Berlin-Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie. The meeting brought together delegations from across Europe under the chairmanship of President Andreas May.

Following the opening and verification of quorum, the Assembly received the officers' reports. President Andreas May presented an overview of the Association's activities and European engagements. Treasurer Norbert Valecka reported on the financial accounts, which were approved by the Assembly. Auditors confirmed that EPhEU's financial management was found to be in good order.

A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to the work of the Working Group on Statutes and Internal Rules, which had finalised its proposals in December 2025 following several sessions throughout the year. The General Assembly approved a comprehensive set of amendments covering membership conditions, governance of the Executive Board.  The Internal Rules were updated in parallel to reflect these changes.

The Assembly also reviewed and finalised the agenda for the upcoming EPhEU conference in Zagreb, discussed preparations for the WHO meeting in Geneva, and addressed new activities of the Association and participation in FIP 2026.
